The patient taking on their own responsibility is generally a very important part of a recovery, regardless of whether we’re talking about the musculoskeletal system or a case of flu. You can contribute a lot to positively influence the course of your treatment and when you are healed, to ensure that your health remains robust.
A good diet, plenty of exercise and the right posture are fundamentals for a healthy musculoskeletal system (physical activity also supports the healing process). Your spine protects the central nervous system, which controls your entire body functions and thus your health. This is the reason there is such a close connection between your posture (musculoskeletal system) and your health.
We would like to share our knowledge with you in the form of one of our workshops!

Day Workshop "Chiropractic & Your Health"
What can you do as a patient yourself so that the musculoskeletal system is fine. How can you reduce the symptoms yourself or even solve it completely - i.a. Topics such as nutrition, exercise, breathing, relaxation and much more awaits you in our workshop.
On a saturday in September / October 2019 our next CHIROPRAKTOR-Workshop is planned.
The topic is "Chiropractic & your health“ - what can I do myself as a patient for my musculoskeletal system. How can I help to keep my symptoms to a minimum or even long term.
With our workshop we would like to give you as a patient a complete package for your health.
A combination of different topics and emphases awaits you, such as proper nutrition for my spine, breathing and why breathing is important for a healthy musculoskeletal system, exercise as a therapeutic support in chiropractic care, exercise as disease prevention - and much more.
